Radhi Study Go Sucks Balls
I had the liberty of watching last week’s episode of Radhi Study Go on oh-so-hip-8TV for the first time. It’s a lame adaptation of Tommy Lee Goes to College in case you didn’t know, except that this time there are several (idiotic) twists. Read more
2 TV Shows That Are Going to Lower Your IQ
What’s up, bitches! It’s a new year and yet another batch of wastefest on boring elaborate fireworks. It seems my amusement posts are quite popular so I brilliantly decided to write another one for you hungry chicks. As we all know, Malaysia is full of stupid TV shows of which we all Malaysians absolutely love. However, some of the production here are so successful yet so stupid that watching them on a regular basis will effectively lower your IQ by a few points as these are pure rubbish: Read more
10 Types of Malaysian Cinema Assholes
While big brands such as Nokia and DiGi spend a lot of money on clever and witty cinema PSAs, I don’t think ANY of the message seep into the minds of Malaysian movie goers. Pure entertainment value, yes but motivating, not really. We all laughed and giggle during the ads, but how many of us really practice good cinema etiquette? Read more
Malaysia, Home of the ‘Original’ Reality Television
Have you realized that we are such lousy copycats when it comes to television programs and local movies? Sure, the government spend millions on anti piracy campaign while those dry ass producers busy copying popular TV shows and movie plots from other countries and adapt them into our culture. And like hungry skinless chicks waiting to be fed, Malaysian viewers simply LOVE them. Read more
Mark Malim Will Win One in a Million
TM really likes to waste money. Like, really. While they should provide some budget to upgrade their existing internet infrastructure, TM dumps RM1 fucking million instead to give someone random to enjoy.
So, Suki won last year, where is she now? Probably in Japan buying thousands of Hello Kitty merchandise for herself and her whiny girl friends. Based on my prediction, Mark Glenn Malim will win the second season of One in a Million. Read more
Do We Need Another Il Divo?
I actually don’t really know how to say this pleasantly but I’ll try. I’m not sure how successful Il Divo was until another version of the 3 guys and their grandfather group spawned from Britain, you know the land where the sun doesn’t really shine. Do we really need another group of opera singing hunks? Probably. Read more
KL International Money Wasting Festival
I am proud to be a Malaysian because we live in a generally peaceful democratic country. I am thankful, really. However, sometimes I have to admit I felt a little embarassed of the Malaysian habit of making us look like total fools to everyone else around the world, especially in the entertainment scene. It seems that everybody is waiting for Malaysia to humor them and from past experience, we were very good at it. The latest money wasting effort and possibly global humiliation is the Kuala Lumpur International Film Festival. No, don’t go to the official website. Seriously. Read more
Victoria’s Secret Cabaret 2007
I love watching Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows, which held annually. They are like a runway show on steroids. Everything is extravagant, elaborate and the models are beautiful (okay, some of them are not so but who’s complaining, it was supposed to be the most beautiful ladies on earth). Last year was the best ever since they’ve decided to spend millions on the event a number of years back. With each coming year becomes a challenge for new themes, props, music, artists and models (the actual lingerie play very little part in the show really), it takes a seriously creative team to came up with innovative ideas for the next event.
