Maybank2u Fuckery

I’m pretty sure I’m not alone on this. Maybank2u.com, our local premiere online banking service also known as the Streamyx of banks has been through a redesign recently. What do we think of it?

Maybank2u EPIC FAIL

You see, designing a banking website as vast as this isn’t a matter of changing some colors and adding crap graphics, there’s a whole shitload of other things to be taken care of too. Unfortunately upgrading their server capacity isn’t one of their priorities. Honestly, I don’t blame these people. Maybank2u has been setting an example for other local banking websites such as this one which has the same shitty service, only with different color.

Now excuse me while I go teach my dad how to transfer money to a third party for the 60th time.

    Patience they say is a virtue…! Anything Msian requires extensive level of patience! If guns were legal, I would have killed hordes of people here in Msia!

    i dunno about you but CIMB online banking works for me. never really have issues with them

    at lest i seldom heard people complaining about them as much as maybank2u

    I think the worst among all the same shitty service from all bank is http://www.eonbank.com.my, change from clean look to worst indian Rojak look, non stop changing until you confuse whether it is a genuine site or not. Lousy support, I complaint to branch and the branch officer call their Internet Banking department direct but nobody can help me to solve my simple problem. Lousy promotion campaign so obvious copy from other bank but less attractive, have no sense of marketing strategy at all. Wow, I think I will apply job in EON Bank Internet Banking doing marketing, just need to copy and paste from other bank idea, easy job.

    Guys..and gals..don’t u know we are living in a place synonymous with complacency and no-service…it’s been like this for 50 years and probabaly will until end of days. Iv’e given up on them saying things will get better.
